Three questions for Dominik Mager – “joining forces for a stronger presence”
How will Pforzheim be represented at CMT?
From Saturday, WSP’s Tourism Marketing department will once again share a stand with Karlsruhe Tourismus GmbH and Tourismus GmbH Nördlicher Schwarzwald in Hall 6 at CMT, a leading tourism trade fair spanning nine days. On certain days throughout the trade fair, WSP’s presence will be bolstered by Sparkasse Pforzheim Calw with its TurmQuartier and the »Gold.Geld.Gesellschaft.« exhibition as well as the Kulturregion Nordschwarzwald consortium coordinated by the Regionalverband Nordschwarzwald local association.
What is the city’s main emphasis at the trade fair?
That would be the Jewellery Museum, Technical Museum and the Gasometer. Hiking and cycling tours also play a key role. Beyond the Oechsle Fest, we are already looking ahead to the winter season with a trio of events: the City on Ice, Christmas Market and Medieval Market.
Why is the city of Pforzheim exhibiting at CMT?
The aim is to portray ourselves as a city break destination to the general public. The concept of the joint stand has proven to be successful over the past few years, as it has helped us to create a much stronger presence. In addition to a more open design, the revamped trade fair stand features a bar/lounge area for more in-depth discussions. bsch
